Pasinee Pramunwong is a NYC-based educator and writer. Her expertise is in history, gender, and social change within photography, in which she implemented many ways resulted in expanded experiences including content editing, photo editing, curating, and education program managing.

Before moving to NYC in 2023, Pasinee had worked in Thai photography industry for 5 years. She wrote many prominent pieces in the Thai photography industry; interviewing photojournalists capturing a chemical factory explosion, profiling a Thai leading photographer, Harit Srikhao, in his most extensive exhibition to date, highlighting many young talented photographers as their early step into the industry. She also created free accessible education programs; collaborated with Photowork UK to make an exhibition and curatorial class, online courses with Landon Nordeman, Elizabeth Renstrom, Umi Syam, and Marvin Orellana, multi-city photobook library, and mentorship program. 

Pasinee currently works as a photo educator at the Alice Austen House, a historic house dedicated to turning-of-the-century lesbian photographers of the same name. She works with elementary to high school students in school class, leading on-site house tours, and assisting the museum director in creating a contemporary exhibition. She also writes about photography in her newsletter, sending out 1-2 articles weekly.
